1. Compatibility and Project Assessment (CPA)
After initially contacting us, we will schedule an in person (or virtual) meeting at G. Morris Homes’ (GMH) Office to get to know each other, discuss your overall project needs/wants/desires, discuss the GMH difference and process, talk through general pricing based on stated project scope and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Assuming we are, and if time permits, we may also get into project development by reviewing previously designed floor plans to get the creative ideas flowing, review and discuss our project questionnaire and discuss the next steps to move forward with custom plan design.
