2. Discovery Meeting– In person or virtual meeting at G. Morris Homes’ (GMH) Office to get to know each other, discuss the overall project needs/wants/desires, learn the GMH difference and process, discuss general pricing based on stated project scope and determine compatibility.
3. Project Development Meeting – In person or virtual meeting at GMH Office to review possible floor plans, review and discuss project questionnaire, recap of process and next steps to move forward with custom plan design.
4. Lot Site Visit – GMH and Client to visit property to discuss desirable placement of home
