8. Contract to Start Process

This phase is kicked off by our Interior Designer reaching out and immediately beginning your selection process with you! At the same time many items are worked on concurrently behind the scenes including engineering, septic design, ACC/ARC submittal and approval, permitting (if applicable), lender loan completion and funding (if applicable), as well as purchasing and project planning functions; all culminating in your Pre-Construction Meeting and start of construction!
