7. Execute Construction Agreement

The Construction Agreement to be completed in person at G. Morris Homes’ Office with Initial Cash Payment (Earnest Money) being provided by check or money wire. This may also be done electronically if you are out of town or unable to come to our office. If you are obtaining a loan, we will email all Contract Documents and Construction Agreement to your lender. At this point we will begin the Contract-to-Start Process and discuss the next steps!
