6. Final Pricing

After your approval of the final plans we will complete a full takeoff and thorough estimate of your new home. We will then schedule a meeting at our office to review final plans, specifications, and pricing. We will discuss any changes that you would like to make as well as the next steps related to executing a Construction Agreement.

Any revisions to pricing and specifications will be emailed to you for confirmation that all items are accurate and encompass all changes and verbal discussions. Once approved by Client, GMH will prepare the Construction Agreement.
