2. Pre-Contract Services Agreement

We handle all architectural, estimating and site analysis services utilizing a Pre-Contract Services Agreement. This agreement does not bind you to building with us, as it is our belief that we must continue to earn your business; rather, it defines the services to be provided as well as the cost of those services. Upon execution, our Sales Manager will schedule initial appointment with the Residential Plan Designer/Architect and order any other elected services.
